This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Dzara collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Dzara mobile app
(the “Service”).
By using Dzara, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use Dzara.
1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Dzara Service is the operator of the “Dzara” brand.

2. Data we collect
2.1 Account data
- Email address (including via Google sign-in);
- Name/display name and profile picture (if provided by your identity provider or by you);
- Technical identifiers linked to your Dzara account (internal user ID).
2.2 Usage data and diagnostics
- How you use Dzara (features used, language settings, timestamps);
- Technical data (app version, device type, crash/error logs) to improve reliability and security;
- Language preferences (selected languages/dialects).
2.3 Content you submit
- Text, prompts, and queries;
- Audio files (e.g., for transcription/voice features);
- Images (e.g., for live vision), when you use those features.
Important: You control what you submit. Avoid sending sensitive data unless necessary.
3. Purposes
We use your data to:
- Provide the Service: account creation, authentication, and requested features (translation, conversation, etc.).
- Security and abuse prevention: detect abnormal behavior and protect users and the Service.
- Improve: measure performance, fix bugs, and improve quality (in accordance with the law and Service settings).
- Communication: respond to support requests and send important service notices.
4. Legal bases (if GDPR applies)
- Contract: to provide the Service and manage your account;
- Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the Service and fight abuse;
- Legal obligations: to comply with law and authority requests;

5. Sharing
We may share certain data with technical service providers (hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery)
strictly necessary to operate the Service, under confidentiality and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.

- Account data: while your account is active, then for a reasonable period (legal obligations/potential disputes);
- Usage data & logs: for reasonable technical/legal periods (security, audit, aggregated stats);
- Submitted content: as needed for operation, improvement, and/or according to Service settings.

Depending on your country and applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection,
and/or portability. You can request account deletion from within the app or via support.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Family-friendly use
The Service is designed for a family audience. Minors should use the Service with a parent or legal guardian,
in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect Service changes, legal requirements, or internal practices.
In case of material changes, we may notify you within the app.
